Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information and to possess appropriate rights to materials and content supplied for use in campaigns.

Fees & Payment

Clients are responsible for fees and authorized expenses described in applicable commercial documents. Charges may include project fees, retainers, deposits, recurring professional fees, advertising budgets, media expenditures and approved third-party costs.

Third-Party Platforms

We do not control third-party algorithms, policies, pricing, approvals, account restrictions, service availability or technical interruptions.

No Guaranteed Results

Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, we do not guarantee specific revenue, leads, conversions, rankings, impressions, media coverage or return on advertising spend.

Prohibited Use

Our services may not be used for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive or infringing activities.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable client agreements.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, subject to applicable law.
