Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: August 15, 2026

This policy describes how SPLICING WORLD COMMUNICATIONS LLC handles professional service fees, cancellations, refunds and third-party campaign expenses.

Professional Service Fees

Refund eligibility is determined by the applicable proposal, statement of work, order or service agreement. Fees may compensate the Company for strategy, consulting, creative development, public relations, advertising management, media planning and campaign administration.

Advertising & Media Expenditures

Campaigns may require third-party purchases such as advertising inventory, media placements, software, technology, data, production, contractors and creative vendors. Once authorized funds have been committed, consumed or paid to a third party, those amounts may be non-refundable where the underlying provider does not permit a refund.

Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests should be submitted to justin.kaye@splicingworld.us and should identify the client, company, applicable invoice or engagement and requested cancellation date. The applicable agreement determines any required notice period.

Work Already Performed

Cancellation does not automatically eliminate amounts due for services already performed, earned professional fees, authorized purchases, media already purchased, third-party commitments or other obligations incurred before cancellation.
